CFC-YFC 15th ILC: TATAK KRISTO - kakaibang SUMMER!

Haay. I got sunburned - TANNED in this one heck big event of YFC. (kamukha ko na si kokey) hehe.. Would you believe that this sunburn was not from the heat of summer in a beach? bora? no. From Tagaytay, where our CFC-YFC 15th International Leaders Conference was held and with the theme: TATAK KRISTO! My 3rd ILC in my LIFE! (Davao, Naga, Tagaytay!) Yeah!

It’s a 3 day conference where all YFC’s around the globe gather to worship and praise God. We are almost 10,500 youths there ecstatic in praising him, hearing the talks and ready to Party in heaven. SugarFree was there to give us the Rocking entertainment.

One of the most unforgettable moments there was when we worship during the rain in 2nd Day. It’s like a repeat of the waterworks in ILC Davao. We’re singing the Coda part of the “Here I am To Worship” then suddenly it rained. We were so high that time, We Felt that its the Heaven’s response to his worshipping people.

We also hear God speaks to us during the Sessions: MARKED, LET GOD!, DECLARE and the last talk, TATAK KRISTO! It is in this talks we heard testimonies and inspiring stories from inspiring people, when we learned that God’s Love to us is Unconditional, Sacrificial, Faithful and Constant, when we surrendered ourselves to God by drawing ourselves to him by Letting God in us and Letting Go of our Doubts and worshipping him in the Mountain Top Of Glory.

It’s so nice that I got the chance to lead my delegates there. Hehe. Mahal ko ang YFCFEU kahit pinagtitripan nila ako dun at mga hardcore nilang jokes. Anyways, that’s my way of being relational to my members. Nakilala nila ako, at ganun din ako sa kanila. And I’m proud to say na almost 30 ang from YFCFEU! 22 officially registered at Manila delegation, and the others registered to different programs and provinces.

(Good Thing na nakasama ko Tatay ko sa Conference, for he also handles the SIGA in some area here in Payatas.) hehe di ako na-short sa PERA!!!

The next ILC, the 16th ILC will be held at CEBU city!!! Get ready Cebu! Susugod na kami jan!!!

Last november 2007, I wasn't able to attend the Hillsong United's Concert that was held here in Philippines! and in May 26, 2008, they're coming back.. sa mahal na mahal kong Araneta Coliseum!

balita ko maraming mga YFC ang nakaattend last year especially mga Full Time Workers.haaay.. i really cant wait. nagpareserve na ako ng ticket kay Mike isa kong YFC friend sa UST, Upper Box A para reserved.. hehe. Can't Can't Can't Can't WAIT! I wanna worship with them.. It's one of my bigggest Dream to worship with Hillsong. most of my favorite songs are composed by them.. Can't really wait talaga. Manghihingi na ako ng pera at maniningil na ng mga utang.. Bwahahahaha..

After his impetuous American musician girlfriend, Samantha, dies in an accident shortly after they had a fight, a grief-stricken British businessman, Ian Wyndham, living in London is suddenly awakened out of the nightmare, only to realise in the next couple of minutes that the nightmare is turning out to be true. Love was eternal. After living a day where Ian Wyndham is the self-centered power-driven businessman who neglects his doting girlfriend, at the end of the day he finds himself in a cab where the taxi driver gives him some sound advice - show her you love her. Appreciate her. Still, a fight later ensues and his girlfriend dies in an accident that leaves him devastated. But he does get a second chance, and the next day he wakes up, with everything the same way it was the day before. Thinking he had an awful dream, he sets about his daily routine, only to realise that all the events that took place in his so-called dream, are in fact, being repeated, albeit in a different sequence. This leads to a revolutionary change in his own demeanour, where he begins to open up and show his girlfriend Samantha just how much he really does care about her. In the end, Ian planned everything exactly right so that he would save Samantha but he would die instead resulting in Samantha singing at his funeral even though she has a great fear of singing in public.

Gee.. this movie is Cheesy. I watched this Online. mahirap makahanap ng copy eh. Naririnig ko lang po ito sa groupmate ko, kinekwento niya kasi samin that's why I became interested to watch this one. Hahay.. ang pag-ibig nga naman. I learned lots of Lessons.

Just show care and love to the persons who loves you the most. Paramdam natin sa kanila na importante din sila. And life is very short kaya, Seize the Day. Wag na ipagpa-bukas ang mga pwede mo pang gawin ngayon. Sabihin mo na sa mga mahal mo, family mo, friends mo, pati sa significant other mo na Mahal mo sila.

Hahaha. kaka-inlove.. wahahaha.. CHEESY!!!

Time to Celebrate for God is alive in us! Celebrate kasi may mga palabas na ulit sa TV! siyempre masaya ako, wala kaya kaming cable dito. haha puro DVD marathon lang ang ginawa namin dito sa bahay, tapos kain, tulog, higa, text, tapos internet! friendster mag-hapon, blog, download.. paulit-ulit! haha sinusulit lang ang bakasyon!

Sa sobrang kaadikan naming magkapatid sa pag-internet, kahapon ng umaga, March 22, 2008 pagkagising ko ay ito ang gumulantang sa amin:

The Return of The ComeBack! - The End of my Blogging Hiatus! Tagshing!

I had been in a Blog Hiatus for almost a couple of weeks due to the "busy"ness I have. This blog lacks activity that i can't give my readers an update. Sabi pa ni pinoyblogero.com:

Awts.. now i'm reviving my blog back! Ako ay muling nagbabalik sa inyong mga piling. Mabibigyan ko na uli kayo ng update at magsasaya na uli tayo. hehe. The school-year 07-08 has just ended pero bago yun ay marami talagang nangyari. My last post was an article about our Campus Tour.

Sige para masimulan ko na ang pag-buhay sa inaakala kong patay kong blog, magrereport na lang ako swa mga nangyari habang ang blog na ito ay sa Blogging Hiatus! hehe.

Una, nagbunga yung mga paghihirap namin sa mga overnights, sleepovers, paggawa ng research sa mga subjects ko. hehe. lagi kaming una sa ranking kasi competition yun sa mga Defense namin; Strategic Management, Marketing Management, at Materials Managament ! Champion kami! hehe.

Pangalawa, we had our first elections sa YFC-FEU and I'm glad kasi smooth naman ang naging proseso, and na-elect lang ng maayos ang mga bagong officers na nasa position ngayon! haha. kumpleto na ang execoms ko for 08-09! and officially, tapos na ang term ko as EVP, President na ako eventually. nakakatakot, nakakakaba, pero kakayanin ko! hehe! Pangatlo, finally! natapos na din ang aming Campus Tour events. with our culminating activity - our 3rd YouthCamp with the theme: We Want The World To Know-Rock On! for the year! may almost 30 kaming YFC babies na aalagaan at mamahalin namin. and officially member na sila ng pamilya! Yehey! Held at our favorite venue, Glory of the Gardens Antipolo! angsaya! mas pinabongga kasi Joint Camp un ng FEU at PUP kaya mas madami! at bongga talaga na parang conference ang Camp, dahil Full-BAnd ang MusicMinistry, may BigScreen pa! oha oha san ka pa!? Lupet ng Diyos noh? mas malupet pa kasi nadala ko na din sa YFC yung 2 kong classmates na matagal ko nng iniinvite!! lupet ng Diyos!

hahaha! at ngayon nasa bahay na ako kasama ang family ko! Unti-unti ko nang sinusulit ang Bakasyon! haha! walang sawang internet! downloads! Kain! Tulog! Buhay Baboy! angsaya! siguro it's time for me to give myself a treat!

Excited lang ako sa upcoming 15th YFC ILC na gaganapin sa Tagaytay sa April 4-6, 2008! mas masaya kasi 20+ yung delegates ko from FEU na YFC! oha oha!! todo worship nanaman dun! at hang-out with other YFCs around the world!

yeah! sige yun na lang muna! hahaha ok? namiss ko lang talaga kayo! sobra!!!

pero syempre, wag natin kalimutan mag-reflect sa sarili natin. at sa works ni God sa buhay niyo ngayong Holy Week. Sana maging meaningful at maging masaya lang ang Lent ng Lahat! hindi lang puro saya!

I want you to Know

This would be the busiest Sem I ever experienced in my college life, I am too busy focusing on my studies since i have 4 research-defenses, paperworks, sleepless-sleepovers-overnights, assignments, groupworks aside from juggling all other aspects of my life being as a servant leader, a son, a brother and a friend.

I even got two consecutive absences on a subject just to give time engineering our research missing 2 major quizzes and assignments. During other classes, I was even caught sleeping by our prof thankfully I'm not scolded. Not to mention that during this season is also the busiest season for us the YFC-campus based because of Campus Tour.

I always dreamt of having a "bonggang" activity for my organization. I prayed, discerned and planned what to do's in the Tour. There came the time when there is nothing to do but to pray and uplift my concerns to God, for the reason that I can't give my full physical attention to my studies and choose to be at YFC in preparing the activity.

I may say that our Campus Tour wasn't that good like others was expecting to us, we had lots of problems especially with the Admin of the school on the day of the program it self. But we learned a lot from it. I am always after the training for the leaders and the benefits that we/others could get but God, gave us more than what we dreamt of. Of having a great God, inspite of all the difficulties, for making us realize that there is no impossible for him, that he will never leave us this far and that everything would be just fine if we have him.

Instead of the theme "We Want The World To Know" it became, "Son, I want you to know"..

He knew how we are desperate for his Glory.

sa mga may surprise jan, haha nakapagplano ba kayo? gusto ko yung makapagbabagdamdamin ha. pati yung mga may regalo, kahit 80gig na ipod or iphone, n95 pwede din? PSP? nintendo wii, isang mac-notebook? PC! kahit pang-tuition ko, sagot mo na ayos lang sa akin! hehe.

wish!? natutuwa ako kasi yung mga wish ko eh hindi para sa akin. kakaiba noh!? pero di ko na yun sasabihin dito.. hehehe.. GudBoi nga daw pala ako.. sabi yan ng isang napaka-importanteng tao sakin heheh.. nakow!! hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!

Gosh antagal namin sa bus kaka-hintay, aminado naman sila na di talaga naging organize ang pagbisita sa 2 Company; Coca-Cola and Chowking. Mas naenjoy pa naming mag-soundtrip at tsumibog sa Bus.

Sleeping trip, tapos pwede ding DVD marathon sa Bus. And yung huli naming pinanood bago umuwi!? Duh!? Westlife Live Concert!!?? what the duck!? nakisabay pa kumanta mga classmates kong bading at mga westlife fanatics. La lang mejo nakakarindi lang pakinggan mga songs dahil mejo nagkaroon ako ng "genre-shift" - bah, pauso ako haha/ mejo nahilig din ako sa maiingay na banda though nakikinig din ako ng boybands dati! haha.. Sucks men! eew.

Ang adik ko din ngayong at mga nakaraang araw. ewan ko ba kung tumalab sa akin ang side-effects ng Fern-C vitamins, yup nag-vivitamins nako! hehe para healthy o sadyang in-love lang talaga ako!? ehem.. hmmmm!
